    As an Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will become an important piece in the growth of our organisation & the third member of our trainee team. We need an additional trainee to help us with recruitment related tasks. It can be the first step of your carrier at a multinational SSC, which is a challenging, fast, fun and diverse environment.

    On a daily basis: 

  • Supporting the selection process of candidates

  • CV evaluations & pre-screening candidates via phone

  • Organising interviews

  • Creating content and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Creating and posting internal and external advertisements

  • Being a contact person to candidates and vendors

  • Administrative tasks

    Service Desk Representatives aka Service Desk Agents as the members of a first line customer support team, find the best and the easiest solution for users’ problems. Kube&Co is a young company, experiencing rapid growth within its field. Kube&Co is a full-service centre of excellence, which provides services from Human Resources and marketing to bookkeeping and financial management.

As a part of the Kube Finance team, you will be responsible for the bank reconciliation of one or several of our clients with a total yearly revenue of more than 2 billion HUF.

The job itself is a minimum of 10 hours/week. It consists of work within especially the account receivable and finance-bookkeeping field, but also requires indexing of invoices and assisting the Account Responsible. You will get an insight into complicated cases such as calculation of payroll tax, tricky payments and follow-up on investment budgets. You will get an all-round experience of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and learn the process from handling invoices and bank reconciliation to deliverance to the auditor.

The workplace is located near Klinikák metro station, just four metro stops away from Deák Ferenc tér. The work environment is casual, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance as well as on the individual needs and aspirations of the employees. As the employees consist of both Danes and Hungarians, the day-to-day work language is English.

How your typical day would go:  

·     Supporting freight (invoice) audit process at European and American locations 

·     Monthly/weekly (Excel based) reporting for Transportation Managers and locations (supporting shipping and accounting team): spend report (Pi2P), DI, quarterly performance reports, truck capacity reports, quarterly fuel evolution, container EMEA report

     ·     Handle inbound freights of Arconic Köfém LTD in close relation with procurement department in case of applicable purchasing pay term  

·     Requesting container spot rates as per the requirements of import and/or export bookings 

·     Participation in logistics projects, implementations and conference calls 

·     Manage other ad hoc transportation related activities: spot quote requests (road transport), maintain DI financial impact, payment file handling, forwarding customs clearance requests etc.
