·     You will conduct secondary research, including collecting and analyzing data from various public domain source

·     This role requires attention to detail, speed, precision, and editorial capability. Successful candidates for this position will take part in a rigorous training program.


·     Bachelor's degree in any field.

·     Excellent command of written and spoken English and any other foreign language.

·     Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, typically Excel and Word.

·     A sense of curiosity, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and with others.

As a part of the Kube Finance team, you will be responsible for the bank reconciliation of one or several of our clients with a total yearly revenue of more than 2 billion HUF.

The job itself is a minimum of 10 hours/week. It consists of work within especially the account receivable and finance-bookkeeping field, but also requires indexing of invoices and assisting the Account Responsible. You will get an insight into complicated cases such as calculation of payroll tax, tricky payments and follow-up on investment budgets. You will get an all-round experience of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and learn the process from handling invoices and bank reconciliation to deliverance to the auditor.

The workplace is located near Klinikák metro station, just four metro stops away from Deák Ferenc tér. The work environment is casual, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance as well as on the individual needs and aspirations of the employees. As the employees consist of both Danes and Hungarians, the day-to-day work language is English.

In this role you are going to support the work of the whole HR department.  Recruitment support You will work closely with the HR Generalists regarding internal recruitment processes. Trainee lifecycle support

It will be your own responsibility to make sure that our trainees get their salary on time at the end of each month! In order to meet this requirement, you have to gather the timesheets precisely and check if the KPIs of the trainees are met. On the other hand you will be responsible for the whole on/offboarding process of our trainees.

General HR support

You will be asked to help us in ad hoc tasks and ongoing HR projects, such as campus recruitment, work safety, organising medical checks, just to mention a few.
