KJU offers scholarships, grants and fee discounts to reward outstanding achievement and to help ensure that fears about finance do not constrain students from studying at our university.
National Scholarships are designed to recognize all-around excellence. They are awarded based on outstanding academic performance to candidates who demonstrate ability for creative and innovative thought and a passion for the pursuit of learning.
National Higher Educational Scholarship
Institutional Scholarships are highly competitive and are awarded based on academic performance and available funds.
The university offers tuition fee reduction for applicants to the KJU BA/BSc programs with excellent school achievement who may, upon request, receive a partial scholarship that shall cover 25% of their tuition fee for their first 2 semesters of study.
It is available for applicants, who, in addition to general entry requirements, meet the following criteria:
If the scholarship is approved by the Admission Committee, the 25 % is deducted from the second instalment of the first 2 semesters' tuition fee, and the remaining part of the tuition fee is payable until the payment deadline indicated in the invoice.
Excellency Scholarship is an application-based financial award, which is granted to the best-performing international student in his/her major. Upon request, the partial scholarship shall cover 25% of their tuition fee for the following semester.

It awards the most outstanding student-achievement with a scholarship that will cover 25% of the tuition fee due to be paid for the following semester.

Mobility Grant for Studies
Under the Erasmus+ mobility program, KJU students can apply to spend a semester studying in a partner European higher education institution as part of their course. Successful applicants for the Erasmus+ exchange program receive a study grant from their university, which is provided by the European Commission, and do not pay fees at their chosen institution. The grant, which varies depending on the destination country and the length of the semester, is to assist students with travel and initial moving costs.
Mobility Grant for Traineeship
The Erasmus+ internship program enables students and graduates to gain experience of working abroad from 2 to12 months in a European country. By doing a traineeship abroad with Erasmus+, you can improve not only your communication, language, and intercultural skills, but as well soft skills highly valued by future employers, as well as become more entrepreneurial. The grant, which varies depending on the destination country and the number of working months, is to assist students with travel and initial moving costs.

KJU offers a 10% discount for students, who transfer the tuition fee for 2 semesters in one sum until the given deadline. The discount can be claimed immediately before the money transfer.
