The Enrollment Procedure is identical for both EU and non-EU students!
You are to verify if there is a Bilateral Agreement between your home institution and KJU in the area you wish to study. You must be nominated by your home university in this specific area of study by the stipulated deadlines. Your coordinator has to send an official e-mail in English to the KJU Centre for International Education and Development: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have been nominated by your home university you must send the following documents:
Erasmus+ Learning Agreement Please download, complete and sign it.
Prior your arrival at KJU, you are to select provisional subjects and submit the Erasmus+ Learning Agreement to your respective institutional Erasmus Coordinator at the International Office. Please, consult the Course Catalogue and the Course Descriptions to help you in drafting the proposed study program. This Erasmus+ Learning Agreement should be approved by the coordinators at your Home University and also by the Institutional Erasmus Coordinator at KJU. The English level should be indicated in the “Language Competence of the student” section in the Erasmus+ Learning Agreement.

These documents – signed by you and your home coordinator – are to be sent by e-mail as a scanned document to Ms. Annamária Bajusz at email@example.com
Students’ acceptance is conditional to the receipt of all the required forms mentioned above. Acceptance is also subject to the approval by the Centre for International Education and Development (CIED). CIED will send you an official Letter of Acceptance together with other information. Upon receipt of acceptance letter, you may book your flight and make other arrangements.
