The Letter of Acceptance will be issued between the period of 2024.01.22 - 2024.05.19.*

Information about the application procedure and documents are sent out to the nominated students via e-mail by our Erasmus+ Coordinator after an official nomination from the Sending Institution’s Coordinator.
Submission of application documents:
Attention! KJU is turning all it’s documentation paper-free, we do not need any original hard copies. The applications can be done online via our Online Application Form while the Learning Agreements can be filled out via the Erasmus Dashboard Platform. For further information and details please visit your home university’s International Office.

Practical information for Erasmus+ students
Attention! KJU's International Student Campus is the Budapest Campus, all Erasmus+ courses are held here. Exact address is 1139 Budapest, Frangepán utca 50-56. We advise all students to book accomodation in Budapest. The Campus in Székesfehérvár is the HQ of KJU, no courses will be held there for Erasmus+ students.
