Gastronomy course and Food Trip in Budapest

The last „lesson” of Present Trends of Local (Hungarian) and International Gastronomy course with  international students.

The last „lesson” of Present Trends of Local (Hungarian) and International Gastronomy course with  international students. During the semester students have had the possibility to visit the most famous food markets of Budapest, special restaurants and Cafes, ruin pubs. On the way to discover fast food trends of Ruin pubs district they ’ve tasted such unique soups like Spicy Hungarian Gulash soup or Soup Stroganoff in cup and finally made experience to cook for themselves in a cooking school. Last but not least they’ve learned the two important sentences in Hungarian Gastronomy „Jó étvagyat! and Egészségedre!”
