Issuance of the admission decision, payment of the first instalment of the tuition fee	30^th October 2022 – 7^th November 2022
Issuance and sending of papers required for visa interview (LOA, COA, COP; visa interview shall be booked by student or agent)	7^th November 2022 – 20^th November 2022
Deadline for payment of the second instalment (in case of a successful visa interview)	10^th January 2023
Recommended arrival time in Hungary	between 20^th and 25^th January 2023
Registration week and the start of the semester	beginning of February
Prolonged entrance examination for late applicants	February
