   This collection of periodicals contains several areas of sciences: human and social sciences, education, informatics, physics, chemistry, medical science, etc.

   This database was compiled mainly for educational institutions with a business profile and for special libraries, it covers the areas of management, economic sciences, finance, accounting, international business and marketing.

   This full-text database was collected distinctly for public libraries, it contains periodicals on general topics, business, health, education and sciences. It gives a choice of articles from 180 American regional daily papers.

This scientific database contains almost 600 full-text periodicals on different medical science topics.  


The consumers’ edition of Health Source is the richest information source about health made for the patients. It covers areas such as AIDS, cancer, diabetes, drug addiction, alcoholism, illnesses in late life, fitness, healthy nutrition, public health for women and children.

The owner of this database is the American National Library of Medicine, which gives competent medical information from the areas of medical science, taking care of patients, odontology, veterinary science, district nursing system and pre-clinical sciences.

The ERIC (The Educational Resource Information Centre) is an American national pedagogical information system that contains fulltexts of 2200 summary completed with citations, and nearly 1000 reports and entries of periodicals on education.

It contains mainly scientific, technical and medical electronic periodicals.

The IKB Database contains the bibliographical, arranging and useful data of the periodicals delivered to the National Széchényi Library as a deposit copy. These periodicals were published in Hungary from 1986 until the last renewal marked on the opening page. 

 The IKER Database contains the entries of selected articles on social science and natural science of the periodicals delivered as deposit copies to the National Széchényi Library. These periodicals were published in Hungary and processed from 1993.

The CompLEX CD Collection of Laws in really not a single database, but (at least) ten different recordings. The description on the computer with the database gives help to use it. It contains legal matters, laws and rules (it can be used in the library).
