Kodolányi János University of Applied Sciences
Studied at Eötvös L. University in Budapest and graduated with an M.A. in English and Dutch languages and literatures. Wrote her thesis in Canadian Literature titled Emily Carr: Fiction and Art. She taught at Gáspár Károli University from 1994 to 2000. She received her Ph.D degree in March 2003 from Eötvös University, Doctorate School of English Renaissance and Baroque. Title of dissertation: The Eternal Balance of Good and Evil within the Works of Shakespeare and Robertson Davies. Has been teaching at Kodolányi University College, Department of English since September 2002 as full professor. Taught at Péter Pázmány Catholic University, Centre of Canadian Studies as guest lecturer between 1999 and 2008. Currently head of the Department of English Language and Literatures at Kodolányi University of Applied Sciences.
